Hoover Dam
On the way to Las Vegas we crossed over the Hoover Dam which marks the border between Arizona and Nevada.
The sun was just setting as we crossed the dam having taken some pictures from the viewing points above the dam.
Security being what it is today, every car from both directions are checked before being allowed to enter the general area of the dam.
There is a new bypass being build which you can see high above the dam in the enclosed pictures.
