At last we arrive in Las Vegas and as it is late afternoon - it's hot and the bright lights that Vegas is famous for are still to be turned on.
You can see some of the amazing hotels as we make our way down the freeway to The Palazzo on Las Vegas Boulevard.
Here is a video of our journey into Vegas...
Now for the Vegas night (after a visit to the Concierge lounge)
We spent our first night re-aquanting ourselves with the Las Vegas Strip and some of the famous hotels.
Another family ( minus 1) pose outside our hotel complex which includes the Venetian, Venezia and Palazzo.
And Norman getting fed up with the ladies hogging the camera lens.

We make our way down Las Vegas Boulevard to The Bellagio Hotel which always has an amazing display of fresh flowers in the Conservatory of the hotel.
The displays are always elaborate and all the flowers are real and the result is a riot of colour as you can see here.

After walking all the way up Las Vegas Boulevard to the Bellagio in the hot evening air, Kay was getting pretty hot and so decided to take a quick shower under one of the watering can exhibits!

Time to walk back to our suite at the Palazzo and get some rest for another fun packed day tomorrow.

D'yknow? It's only when you see pictures and video taken on location by yourselves that you can get a real perspective of what it's like - normally you only see "marketing" pictures etc which tend to make things look a bit plastic. Vegas look just fab....in "real" reality....!
Me and Ryan are now singing, 'Viva Las Vegas'!
