Saturday and another day in at The Inn at Entrada because we decide that after all the hiking from the past 2 days - we deserve a well earned rest.
So as we have no new spectacular National Parks views to post today, here are some of the casita we are staying in and the reason why we are quite happy to stay at home and by the pool.
We have already posted pictures of the view from the patio at the back of our house - but this is what the front looks like.
We have a double garage with electric doors of course that even fits the giant Chevy Suburban.
This is the small patio we have at the front - but in fact we never never used it because as you see from the pictures after it, the view whether inside or out is so much better.
Later in the day we went for our now customary swim when it was a little cooler in the early evening.
Temperatures here were in the 100°F region today but with no humidity it is surprising how easy it is to endure - but there is no escaping - it is HOT!
The next pictures are of the reception building which is opposite our casita - the whole area has been built in Adobe style to match the surrounding landscape.
Laura and Kay making their way to the pool for a cool off.
And this is the club house for the golf course which is within the same Entrada grounds.
Tomorrow we will visit Snow Canyon which we look onto from the patio and later Kolob Canyons which are further north.
Meantime the Hunter's Of Houston are enjoying the sun.
