Arriving at the Marriott Wailea - Maui

We have arrived at the Marriott Wailea in Maui and it really is a paradise.

We have rooms overlooking the Pacific and can watch the sunset from our 8th floor balcony whilst sipping on cocktails.

The hotel has an infinity pool which looks out on to the ocean and is absolutely wonderful.

At the reception area water coolers are filled with fresh pineapple - very refreshing as you enter the hotel.

This is the main reception - all open plan as the weather is perfect all day - every day.

There are fresh flower displays everywhere in the hotel.

The hotel has walkways and gardens which drop down to the ocean and loungers where you can while away the hours listening to the waves crashing on to the lava rocks.

There are fabulous views over the Pacific to other small islands that form part of the Hawaiian state.
